Content Intern (Visual-First)

Build Mozie's visual voice. You will engineer the reels, launch videos, carousels, memes, and thumbnails that turn product moments into cultural moments across Instagram, X, and YouTube. Virality here is not luck — it is retention engineered second by second, with real creative freedom and a direct path to a full-time creative role.

What you'll do

•Treat every reel and launch video as a retention machine: win the first five seconds, then make every frame earn the next one.
•Design Instagram carousels, reel concepts, meme formats, thumbnails, and launch-video storyboards that feel current, not corporate — and never let the motion die on screen.
•Show the product instead of describing it: build demo-led aha moments where the viewer sees something real happen, with zero sales adjectives.
•Keep the promise consistent from thumbnail to caption to opening frame, and build a recognizable visual language for Mozie across Instagram, X/Twitter, and YouTube that scales into repeatable weekly formats.
•Study retention patterns across AI startups, Gen Z creators, meme pages, and viral launch videos — why viewers drop, what holds them — and translate those mechanics into Mozie's visual voice.
•Pitch bold ideas and run your own visual experiments — you get creative freedom over formats, styles, and references, and you own the outcomes.

What we're looking for

•You understand why people stop scrolling and why they leave — hooks, pacing, shot changes, hierarchy, text-on-image — and you can explain a video's retention curve, not just its look.
•You can show proof of visual taste: a portfolio, memes, carousels, reels, edits, brand or creator work, college club content, or your own page.
•Taste matters more than tools. Use whatever gets the idea out — we run best-in-class AI creative tools, so anything you don't know yet you'll pick up with leverage from day one.
•You are extremely online in the best way — fluent in Gen Z internet culture, meme formats, and what makes content feel current instead of corporate.
•You want creative freedom and bold experiments, while respecting basic boundaries around manipulation, deception, or harm.
•You can commit consistent weekly time and are open to a paid trial task before the internship starts.

Nice to have

•You have made content for a brand, creator, agency, startup, college society, or your own page — shipping consistently matters more than follower count.
•A strong point of view on meme pages, creator accounts, and brands whose visual content actually works.
•You already use AI tools to generate, remix, edit, or ship visual content faster.
