These terms govern access to Mozie, operated by Synapticks Inc. By creating an account or using Mozie, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
If your organization has a separate written agreement with us, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use Mozie for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization. Keep account information accurate, protect credentials, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
You are responsible for activity by people you authorize to use your workspace and for configuring their access appropriately.
Mozie provides creator discovery, outreach, campaign management, contracting, content review, payment coordination, and reporting tools. Features may vary by plan, workspace, region, and connected service.
Creator information may come from creators, customers, connected services, data providers, or public sources. Source, freshness, and verification can vary. Platform-authorized data is distinguished from estimates where displayed. You remain responsible for commercial, legal, and campaign decisions made using the service.
You may connect accounts provided by Google, Meta, WhatsApp, payment providers, and other third parties. You authorize Mozie to access and act on connected-service data only for the features and permissions shown during connection. You represent that you control the account or have permission to connect it.
Connected services remain governed by their own terms. Gmail data is handled as described in our Google API Disclosure. Meta-connected features are subject to the Meta Platform Terms.
Mozie does not currently request creator YouTube OAuth access. If an authorized YouTube feature is introduced, its launch will include the applicable YouTube terms, privacy disclosures, and user controls before access is requested.
You can disconnect supported services in Mozie or revoke access with the provider. A provider may change or discontinue its service, and Mozie is not responsible for third-party availability or decisions.
You are responsible for your recipients, campaign content, and legal basis for outreach. You must honor opt-outs and comply with applicable anti-spam, privacy, advertising-disclosure, intellectual-property, and platform rules.
We may limit or suspend communication features to protect recipients, connected accounts, Mozie, or platform access.
Paid subscriptions renew for the period shown at checkout until canceled. You authorize us and our payment provider to charge the selected payment method. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated in an order form. We will provide advance notice of material pricing changes that affect a renewal.
Creator compensation, reimbursements, taxes, withholding, and payment terms may be governed by campaign contracts or separate payment terms.
You may not use Mozie to:
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Mozie a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit and use it.
Mozie and its licensors own the service, software, design, trademarks, and documentation. These terms grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.
Mozie is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, creator responses, campaign results, data accuracy, or continued availability of a third-party service. We may modify features while preserving active contractual commitments.
To the extent permitted by law, Synapticks Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the fees you paid Mozie during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow all limitations, so these limits may not fully apply to you.
You may cancel a subscription through the available account controls. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, material breach, security risk, abuse, or legal or platform requirements. Provisions concerning ownership, liability, payment obligations, and disputes survive termination where their nature requires it.
We may update these terms and will provide notice of material changes as required. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflict of law rules. To the extent enforceable, disputes will be resolved by individual arbitration rather than a class or representative action.
