Synapticks Inc., doing business as Mozie, provides creator discovery, outreach, and campaign-management services. This policy explains how we handle personal information across our website, applications, and services.
This policy is a privacy notice, not a substitute for the choices and permissions shown when you connect a third-party account.
Depending on how you use Mozie, we handle:
Information may come from you, other authorized workspace members, creators, connected services, customers, service or data providers, and sources available to the public. Mozie does not label information as creator-authorized or platform-verified unless it came through the corresponding authorized flow. Estimates and inferred information are identified separately where they are displayed.
We use information to:
Depending on the activity and applicable law, we rely on performance of a contract, consent, legal obligations, or legitimate interests such as operating a secure business service and helping customers identify relevant professional creators. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests by contacting us.
When you connect Gmail, Mozie can send user-directed outreach and query recent inbound messages addressed to the connected mailbox so it can retain replies that resolve to Mozie campaign conversations. Unresolved messages are not added to a Mozie campaign thread. We do not request access to Google Contacts or Calendar through this flow.
If campaign drafting or fact extraction is enabled or requested, relevant campaign-conversation content may be processed by a contracted AI provider solely to return that user-facing feature. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train or improve generalized AI models. Exact access, storage, sharing, and control details are in our Google API Disclosure. Mozie's use of Google user data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Mozie may display YouTube creator information supplied by creators, customers, data providers, or public sources. The public product does not currently ask creators to grant Mozie YouTube OAuth access, and that information is not presented as creator-authorized YouTube data. Before introducing a creator-authorized YouTube feature, Mozie will update its disclosure and consent flow for the exact access used.
A business may connect Instagram messaging for supported campaign conversations. Mozie then handles the connected professional-account identity, messages, and delivery metadata needed for that feature. The consent screen shows the permissions before access is granted. Mozie does not use this connection to publish, follow, like, comment, or send automated first-contact Instagram messages.
You can disconnect in Mozie or revoke access in Meta. Our handling of data received through Meta Platform APIs is subject to the Meta Platform Terms.
When a business connects its WhatsApp Business Account, Mozie handles account and phone-number configuration, approved templates, campaign messages, and delivery metadata. Message content is shared with Meta/WhatsApp for delivery. Customers must obtain and maintain the recipient consent required by the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.
We disclose information only as needed to:
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Providers may process information only to perform services for Mozie under applicable contractual restrictions.
We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, including active accounts and campaigns, security, dispute resolution, and legal, tax, or accounting obligations. Retention varies by data type rather than following one blanket period.
Disconnecting a service stops future access and initiates revocation of the applicable provider credential. It does not automatically erase campaign records that workspace members still need. A verified deletion request removes or de-identifies applicable personal information from active systems, subject to legal retention and technically limited backup periods. Where platform rules require a shorter period, we apply that period.
Request deletion at [email protected] or follow our data-deletion instructions. Supported Meta deletion callbacks receive a confirmation code and status URL.
We use access controls, encryption in transit, protected credential storage, logging, and operational safeguards appropriate to the data and service. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of personal information, or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent and opt out of marketing. We may verify your identity before acting on a request, and legal exceptions may apply.
You can revoke Google access through Google Security Settings, revoke Meta access through Meta's app settings, or disconnect supported integrations in Mozie.
Mozie uses essential cookies for authentication and preferences and limited analytics to understand product usage. You can control non-essential cookies through available consent controls or your browser settings.
Information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, we use recognized transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards.
Mozie is a business service for users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly create accounts for children. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal information to Mozie.
We update this policy when our practices materially change and will provide additional notice where required.
