Access Requested

Google's consent screen shows the exact permissions before a user connects. Mozie's Gmail connection requests:

• gmail.send to send email when an authorized user initiates or approves outreach;
• gmail.readonly to find inbound replies and retain messages that resolve to Mozie campaign conversations;

Mozie does not request Google Contacts or Calendar access through this connection and does not use Gmail access to delete messages or change mailbox content.

Data Accessed and Retained

Mozie handles:

• the connected mailbox address;
• outbound campaign email composed or approved in Mozie;
• recent inbound message headers and bodies needed to identify campaign replies; and
• message and thread identifiers used to preserve conversation order.

The reply-sync process queries recent inbound mail addressed to the connected mailbox. Messages that cannot be associated with a Mozie campaign conversation are not added to a Mozie thread. Resolved campaign messages may remain in the workspace's campaign history until they are deleted under the workspace's retention controls or a verified deletion request.

Use and Sharing

Google user data is used only to provide visible Mozie features:

• sending approved outreach from the connected account;
• syncing replies into the corresponding campaign thread;
• maintaining campaign conversation context; and
• generating campaign drafts or extracting campaign facts.

When drafting or extraction is enabled or requested, the relevant campaign-conversation content may be processed by a contracted AI provider solely to return that feature. Authorized workspace members can see the campaign messages their workspace handles. Hosting, communications, AI, and security providers process data only as necessary to provide Mozie under contractual or API restrictions.

Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, transferred to data brokers, or used to train or improve generalized AI models. Human access is limited to user-authorized support, security or abuse investigation, legal obligations, and the workspace users to whom the messages belong.

Storage, Security, and Control

Connection credentials are protected at rest, and data is encrypted in transit. Access is restricted to the connection owner, authorized workspace members, and service components that need it.

Disconnecting Gmail stops future access and initiates revocation of the provider credential. To delete retained campaign messages or account data, use Mozie's deletion process. Users may also revoke access from Google Security Settings.

Limited Use

Mozie's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
