You can request deletion of personal information held by Mozie or use a supported platform's deletion flow. We verify requests to protect accounts and other campaign participants.
Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account or creator profile. Use the subject "Data Deletion Request" and identify the account, workspace, or creator profile involved. Do not email passwords, access tokens, identity documents, or payment credentials.
We may request limited information needed to verify identity, authority, and the scope of the request. We will confirm receipt and explain any information that must be retained by law or to protect the rights of other workspace or campaign participants.
If you connected Mozie through a supported Facebook or Instagram authorization, you can remove Mozie from Meta's Apps and Websites settings and request deletion of data the applicable Meta connection provided. Meta sends Mozie a signed deletion callback for supported flows.

We process verified requests without undue delay and apply any shorter deadline required by an applicable platform policy or law. Limited residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until their normal expiry, unless preservation is legally required. Such copies are not restored for ordinary product use.
Depending on where you live, you may also request access, correction, portability, restriction, or objection. See our Privacy Policy or contact [email protected].
